It includes an integrated back cushion that enhances the performance level of the airbag by significantly increasing the contact area without adding weight to the vest. Additionally, the protection of the chest and abdomen is greatly enhanced thanks to the memory foam plates integrated on both sides of the chest, providing extra comfort and unique protection. A new, innovative, semi-soft protective shell better shields the cartridge from external influences, particularly during impacts and blows. The opening system has been greatly simplified with Velcro fasteners. This simplification of the casing allows for even faster deployment. Comprehensive protection of the spine from the cervical spine to the sacrum and coccyx is provided. Equipped with an improved release system, the deployment speed of the Hit-Air MLV-RC 2 airbag vest ranges from 90 ms to 160 ms, depending on the model size. Please note that the airbag vest is worn over your jacket and must have a minimum weight of 30 kg. It operates with 60-ccm cartridges for all sizes. It is adjusted at the waist with adjustable straps inside the vest to fit all body shapes. With separately available extension loops, you can increase the waist and chest circumference by an additional 15 cm.
