The spacious, super lightweight dome tent Stratos Lite III is perfect for trekking and biking tours, accommodating up to three people. It is primarily made from recycled materials. The lightweight, cohesive DAC aluminum poles provide wind stability and make setup incredibly easy. Only a few pegs are needed for securing it, making it ideal for hard ground. The breathable inner and outer tents are connected and are hung on the external poles. The outer tent material is silicone-coated on both sides, significantly reducing weight while increasing tear resistance and UV protection. Since conventional seam tape sealing does not adhere to silicone-coated (tent) materials, a special swelling yarn is used that expands when wet to seal the seams. Nevertheless, it is advisable to treat relevant seam areas additionally with a silicone seam sealer.
