The upper is made of suede leather with a rubber rand all around for maximum protection against wear during climbing. The patented lacing system, derived from the design of the Mythos climbing shoe, provides an asymmetrical fit. The sole, featuring a new Vibram concept, enhances grip during climbing, while the Impact Brake System offers better support during descents. The use of soft 2 mm EVA has shock-absorbing properties.
