The Lattice Flex Mat is a yoga and stretching mat specifically designed for climbing, allowing you to not only train flexibility but also objectively measure and document it. The Flex Mat is laser-engraved and features a unique measurement layout with two linear scales and two protractors, enabling you to reproducibly test various flexibility exercises. Alignment markings ensure that you repeat each exercise under identical conditions – ideal for making progress visible. Compared to conventional yoga mats, the Flex Mat is significantly longer (210 cm), as standard mats are often too short for front and side splits. This way, you remain fully on the mat even at maximum stretch. In combination with the Lattice Flex Block (not included), stretches can be specifically intensified and accurately measured.
