This abdominal roller is designed for a maximum load of 120 kg and differs from the classic version due to its design, as it is equipped with two wheels. It features a front wheel and a rear wheel and can be conveniently folded for space-saving storage when not in use.

To use the abdominal trainer, one kneels down and grips the handle. While keeping the knees in place, the training device is rolled forward using its wheels. This creates tension throughout the upper body, including the arms, shoulders, and back, thereby engaging the muscles. The abdominal trainer is then pulled back towards the body. Those who are more advanced in their training can also perform the exercises in a push-up position with extended legs.

To ensure the knees are well-padded during training, a knee mat is included in the package. This way, the knees do not have to be pressed against a hard surface.
