When designing the M8 treadmill, the most important aspect besides stability and motor power was "damping". Especially with treadmills with such a flat construction, the damping is often not optimal to offer even heavier runners from 75 kg a really joint-friendly training. For this reason, perfectly matched shock absorbers were developed for the frame construction of the Maxxus treadmill M8, which allows a training that is easy on the joints even at high speeds and for heavier runners.
