The housings of the Prostaff-5 spotting scopes are approximately 20% lighter than the current RA III models. The newly developed zoom eyepiece minimizes color distortion at the edges of the field of view and offers a large exit pupil distance for comfortable observation. Three types of eyepieces with digiscoping compatibility are available. Waterproof (up to 10 minutes at a depth of 1 meter) and fog-free thanks to O-ring seals and nitrogen filling of the housing. The eyepieces are splash-proof. A digiscoping adapter is available for the three newly developed eyepieces.
