Model: With stand platform PB Extreme Ski Trainer: the vertical rowing machine. The PB Extreme Ski Trainer can be installed with a floor stand including a base plate or a wall mount. Its operation is similar to that of a rowing machine. However, the ski trainer features individually mounted handles with their own pull cables. The two pulleys are located at the top of the device, requiring the athlete to pull the cables downward against resistance. This simulates the pole push in cross-country skiing and trains arm strength for an explosive thrust. Additionally, it engages core stability as well as back and leg muscles. This makes the strength endurance workout a true fat burner.
