Pedalo Foot Workshop S1 Twister for the muscles in the feet and lower legs. The Pedalo Foot Workshop S1 Twister is part of the Pedalo Foot Workshop concept. The base plate is made of a stable wood fiber board. Four transparent anti-slip feet are attached to the underside, ensuring a secure stand. Twisting is a dynamic movement, starting from a parallel stance with both feet. First, you lift the heel while the foot rotates to the side on the forefoot. The heel is then placed down. Next, you lift the forefoot while the foot rotates to the side on the heel and is placed down again. You will now perform the same exercise in the opposite direction.
