That year, we introduced the Greenline Phuzion series of inline skates, designed to be environmentally friendly and made from recycled materials as well as bamboo. The market simply wasn't ready at the time, but Powerslide never gave up on the goal of producing sustainable skates that contribute to the harmony of the planet. For the Phuzion RFC 90, the injection-molded parts are made from at least 30% recycled materials, as are the cores of the 90 mm wheels. Despite the new eco-friendly construction of the skate, you won't lose out on durability or performance. The metal eyelets and hinge rivets on the Phuzion RFC 90 are uncoated, the laces are made from natural cotton, and the lining materials are made from bamboo. The inner padding consists of extremely comfortable recycled foam, while the outer materials are made from canvas, hemp, and cotton. No chemical inks or PVC materials are used in any part of the skate, and the toe shape has been redesigned to avoid the use of glue or mesh, reducing excess materials and waste. The wheels of this progressive fitness inline skate are unprinted, while the lightweight, durable frames are made from 40% uncoated recycled raw aluminum.
