Durable individually adjustable bar. Arm, shoulder, and back training possible at the same time. The bar can be placed at three different heights to allow quick transition between exercises due to the included adjustable brackets. Easy to assemble. Designed with improved grip and wide palms for optimal hold. The bar fits any standard door between 62 and 85 cm.
