I bought the X21 and when walking (e.g. 2km/h) I notice that the motor or treadmill slows down a little with every step I take. As a result, walking does not feel consistently fast and regular. Is this normal with KingSmith devices of this type? It's not as noticeable at higher speeds. I would like to rule out the possibility that this is a defect in the device.

I am interested in this WalkingPad. According to several reviews/videos, it seems to me to be the best solution for under the standing desk (should be at least 115cm high) and as a stand-alone device. It also seems to be the quietest of the WalkingPads (the A1 Pro has an unsightly ventilation system). I also like the connection and operation via app. The fact that it can be placed on a wall is also a plus point for me compared to the smaller devices without a handle. That's why I tend to spend a little more on a walking pad (mainly for working, but also separately for running) than on an A1 Pro or R2. I also don't like the look of the latter and it seems to be a bit more difficult to set up. That's why I stuck with the X21. My question to previous buyers of an X21: Are you still satisfied with the device (after how long it has been in use) and have you taken out a "Pickup&Return" warranty with it? Given the rather high price, is it worth investing another 140 for the extended warranty? Many thanks for any feedback!

I have had this for almost a year now (without warranty extension). I use it 2 to 3 times a week. Still works flawlessly, I am very satisfied and would buy it again at any time

Does anyone know where I can buy a suitable silicone oil when the one supplied has been used up? Is there a brand that has a larger capacity?

I also have the same treadmill and the silicone oil supplied is very economical and lasts a long time. If it runs out, I would also use a silicone spray, e.g. WD-40 silicone spray would be an option. (also available in the Galaxus store;). Ps: if you don't want to spray it directly over the spray can, you can spray the spray into a container and then apply the oil to the belt/roller.
