Cross-country riding is evolving; bikes are more powerful than ever, trails are becoming rougher and tougher, and riders are pushing their limits. XC/Trail bikes typically lean towards higher efficiency, which results in a compromise on suspension and rider comfort. Fatigue in the hands and arms can have unpleasant effects and limit performance. Race Face has developed the new Next SL carbon handlebar with the goal of reducing rider fatigue without compromising handling. Our design allows for good vertical flex for added comfort, while additional carbon on the front and back of the handlebar eliminates unwanted horizontal flex for improved steering precision. With a 35 mm handlebar diameter, the new Next SL carbon handlebar is the lightest in its category at just 167 g, without sacrificing stability.
