With the oval Q-Rings chainrings from Rotor, you can ride longer and faster with less fatigue, as you use your power more efficiently. The Q-Rings adjust the resistance while pedaling according to the natural strengths and weaknesses of your legs.

These oval chainrings are compatible with Rotor Direct Mount (DM) cranks and also with 4-bolt Shimano cranks. When mounted on Rotor DM cranks, these Q-Rings can be adjusted in 1-degree increments. When mounted on Shimano cranks, the chainrings are set in the intermediate position OCP3, which is the most commonly used position by road cyclists. To ensure perfect aesthetic integration with Shimano cranks, a set of screw covers is available for the various crank models.
