Its robust, reliable, and modified dome design meets the demands of long trekking tours by providing ample interior space (including an extension for taller individuals) as well as good weather protection, wind stability, and ventilation at a low weight. The tent features a ripstop nylon fly with a water column of 5,000 mm. The ventilation system includes two side vents to regulate fresh air intake. The Sierra Trek II has a spacious vestibule for cooking and storing gear, along with two entrances for added comfort inside the tent.
