Ultralight, air-filled sleeping mat
The Ultralight XR Insulated Mat from Sea to Summit comes with improved specifications compared to its predecessor. The new version is 14% lighter, 30% thicker, and 16% better insulated. Additionally, it has a pack size that is 53% smaller and offers 8% more sleeping area than many competitor mats. The hybrid 30/40D nylon fabric and the extruded TPU inner laminate with antimicrobial Ultrafresh treatment have proven themselves over the past 10 years.
Comfort and stability
The 151 individual Air Sprung Cells adapt to your body and reduce pressure points, significantly enhancing lying and sleeping comfort. Furthermore, the Air Sprung Cells provide much greater stability than traditional air mats with air chambers. The lightweight and effective ThermalCore insulation uses a TRM layer to reflect body heat back to the sleeping person, resulting in a 16% increase in the R-value for the 2026 model.
