For those who find the 800 mm width too much, there are special markings for shortening (including the old length of 777 mm). CNC Bending is a special bending and drawing process by Spank that ensures consistent and precise production throughout the entire handlebar manufacturing process. Dual XGT, or Dual Extreme Gradual Taper, describes the evolution of Spank's XGT technology. Here, the wall thickness increases once again towards the end of the handlebar ("Impact Ends"). This makes the handlebar significantly more stable, which is particularly important in the event of falls. The ends of the handlebars are massively reinforced in all available Spank handlebars, allowing them to withstand even heavy falls, tensile forces, or impacts.
