For those who find the 800 mm width too much, there are special markings for shortening (including the old length of 777 mm). CNC Bending is a special bending and drawing process by Spank that ensures consistent and precise production throughout the entire handlebar manufacturing process. Dual XGT, or Dual Extreme Gradual Taper, describes the evolution of Spank's XGT technology. In this design, the wall thickness increases once more towards the end of the handlebar ("Impact Ends"). This makes the handlebar significantly more stable, which is particularly important in the event of falls. The handlebar ends are heavily reinforced across all available Spank handlebars, making them resistant to heavy falls, tension forces, or impacts.
