Bead Nip is a Spank-specific rim profile that ensures a stable fit of the tire on the rim even at low air pressure. This helps prevent punctures caused by bulging or tire blow-offs. Bead Bite features six grooves (three horizontal and three vertical) that increase friction between the tire bead and the rim. Its sealing effect reduces the risk of air loss in the tire. At low air pressures, the risk of snake bites is significantly reduced, and tire slippage is greatly prevented.
