The Sport-Thieme Balance Fit Board adds excitement to your workout session. It is a sturdy fitness trainer designed for effective core training. The board features a curvature that allows for twisting movements and lateral stepping actions. On the sides of the fitness trainer, there are cutouts that serve as handles, making the board suitable for push-up training as well. Additionally, there are small holes next to the handle cutouts where tubes and resistance bands can be attached.
