The Sport-Thieme Outdoor Basketball Hoop features 12 stable and open net loops for net attachment. In contrast, the Sport-Thieme Outdoor Basketball Hoop with folding mechanism is equipped with a DIN-compliant safety net attachment, where the net is secured by a steel wire that is threaded through the loops. When under load, this hoop folds down by 30 degrees and swings back into its original position in a smooth motion. A side flat iron reinforcement also provides additional stability. Both offered hoops are weatherproof and made of solid, hot-dip galvanized steel, making them suitable for all nets with a 12-point suspension and ideal for outdoor use.

The new 2-part pole: easier handling during assembly. Compared to its predecessor, the Fair Play 2.0 system features a 2-part pole instead of a fully welded one. This makes the vertical post lighter and more convenient to set up during assembly. The arm post has a welded loop, allowing you to easily guide the arm with a crane or forklift to the top of the main post using a rope, and then secure it with screws. Alternatively, the posts can still be screwed together before erecting the vertical post.
