The rope length can be varied using carabiners, with small loops integrated into the rope for this purpose. You can quickly adjust the appropriate rope length on both sides using colored markings. Additionally, the pulley can be deactivated via the carabiners, allowing you to switch between a rigid and a flexible sling trainer. The delivery includes a door anchor and a loop, enabling you to train on trees and doors.
