How to achieve the best possible training effect:

• Train barefoot
• When providing assistance, the user should be lightly touched on the shoulder, as any support of body weight outward makes it difficult for the user to concentrate on the center of the device
• Beginners can place the sport spinner directly against the wall, as a light touch with the fingers will not throw the body off balance
• Try to maintain balance without compensating arm movements, as this should only be achieved through foot and leg work or through core muscles
