Weight: 25 kg The Sport-Thieme bumper plate in black is a weight plate made of solid rubber. A steel ring is embedded in the center of the weight plate, making it particularly robust. Even if you drop the plate, it is perfectly protected by the solid rubber coating. Additionally, it produces less noise when placed down compared to a conventional cast iron weight plate. The 5 kg version should only be used with other weight plates starting from 10 kg, as it cannot withstand the load of the barbell and being dropped on its own.
