Product details

The weight-optimized 612 Ergowave Carbon has been specifically developed to meet the needs of racers on road bikes and mountain bikes. At 147 g, it is the lightest model in the 612 Ergowave series. The saddle's wave-like shape and raised rear provide perfect support at the back and optimal pressure distribution deep into the body's structures, significantly improving power transfer to the pedal. The lower nose, combined with the depression in the center, creates more space and freedom for the perineal area. The flat yet slim SQlab MaxContact saddle nose and firm padding have been perfectly tailored to the needs of road biking in the 612 model.

The shape of the SQlab step saddle is designed for a sporty riding position on mountain bikes and road bikes, ensuring optimal pressure distribution across the sit bones, which leads to increased performance and comfort. The flattened, narrow saddle nose offers a significantly larger contact area and thus better pressure distribution than conventional saddles.

Note on compatibility with carbon rails: When mounting, ensure that the clamp of your seat post is compatible with high-oval rails. It may be possible to swap clamp elements on the seat post.
