The length-adjustable crank arm is perfect for bicycle ergometers and home trainers. Thanks to the shortened crank arms and the reduced bending angle, you can perform important exercises. Additionally, the crank length can be continuously adjusted from 30 to 170 mm. Regular and consistent training can improve discomfort. The Variokurbel is suitable for all ergometers with a standard bottom bracket axle square (tapered, approx. 13 mm edge length) with an internal thread M8x1.
