The Togu Balance-Step Aero-Step XL expands your range of exercises. It has been specifically designed for fitness and aerobic training. The stepping and support surfaces are larger compared to the Aero-Step, which broadens the variety of exercises. The fitness device consists of two separate, air-filled chambers. The non-slip surface with knobs massages the foot area. The principle of operation is based on coordinative (movement-controlling) and proprioceptive (movement-processing) training methods.
