Aluminum is a lightweight material known for its quick and even heat distribution, which helps prevent food from burning in the center of the frying pan. The hard surface also provides good protection against scratches and wear. Ultralight aluminum is 50% stronger than conventional aluminum, allowing for a reduced amount of material in production, making the stoves lighter.

The non-stick coating is particularly suitable for frying with little or no fat. Nothing sticks, which also makes cleaning easier. However, non-stick surfaces are somewhat more sensitive to scratches and wear, so it is recommended to use only plastic or wooden utensils.
