The Ridgeway from Xero Shoes is the first waterproof barefoot hiking boot in our range. A spacious half boot with classic barefoot shoe attributes and a grippy sole that accompanies you on light to medium-difficulty tours and keeps your feet dry and protected thanks to the integrated membrane. At 653 grams, the Ridgeway is pretty light for such a "big" shoe. From a purely visual point of view, you might assume that the shoe has a thicker sole, but Xero Shoes has simply wrapped the TrailFoam layer, which is used to compensate for uneven surfaces, further up around the shoe. Tada, illusion and function! The suede and textile combination also exudes a smart retro vibe, and we can definitely imagine the Ridgeway as a winter shoe for everyday city life.
