The Kowa Zoom Eyepiece TE-80XW 35x/40x is a true optical innovation. This eyepiece offers one of the most overwhelming visual experiences you can expect from a spotting scope. Thanks to its advanced optical design, the view through the Kowa TE-80XW is stunning. The Kowa TE-80XW has a field of view of no less than 80 degrees.
When paired with a Kowa spotting scope from the TSN-99 series, a magnification of 40x can be achieved. When combined with a Kowa spotting scope from the TSN-880 or TSN-770 series, this is 35x.
This eyepiece is also compatible with the following historical Kowa spotting scopes: TSN-881/882, TSN-771/772, and Telephoto lens (requires prism adapter TP-88EC1).
Since the TE-80XW is equipped with a rotating eyepiece ring with three positions, the distance between the eye and the eyepiece can be adjusted. This way, both eyeglass wearers and non-eyeglass wearers can enjoy a comfortable viewing experience.
