Does the EasyFold XT 3 with spare wheel adapter fit on the New Defender for 2 e-bikes?

The bike trailer fits any towbar with a ball.
But I don't quite understand what you mean by spare wheel adapter and New Defender.
By New Defender do you mean the Land Rover vehicle model?
