Hello together I have a Specialised Tarmac SL8 Expert with a " Cassette SRAM Rival, 12-speed, 10-36t" cassette, is this compatible with the Tacx Flux 2 Smart? or do I need additional parts? Many thanks

The SRAM Rival 12-speed cassette is not directly compatible with the Tacx Flux 2 Smart without additional parts. The Tacx Flux 2 Smart is compatible with Shimano and SRAM cassettes from 8-11 speeds as standard. For a SRAM XDR cassette, you need a separate XDR freehub body, which must be purchased separately.
