On my machine I did not have the option to adjust the footrest angle. However I truthfully never felt the need to do so - the angle was ok for me

The footrests are fixed and not adjustable. In the product photo, it may look as if the front support is not level with the floor. However, this is not the case, the supports are straight and secure on the floor.
