Hi, I have an ultegra 11/28 11v cassette, do I just have to slide it on or do I have to add something extra? Thanks

Hello.Usually 11-speed cassette doesn't require any spacer, but it also depends on the models.
In your case, it could be necessary to add a spacer (the cassette must be fixed without any play)clear and fast shifting.Try it before you add any spacer.

According to the manual, the following are supported:
Shimano®/SRAM 9/10/11 speed
Shimano® 12 speed road
SRAM SX 12 speed
SRAM NX 12 speed
So yours should fit.
My recommendation is to buy a new cassette (105 or so, Shimano 105 CS-R7000/CS-HG700 (11 x),) then you don't have to remove the old one from the rear wheel.
The slightly higher weight of the 105 cassette doesn't matter on the exercise bike, but it lasts much longer.

I made it easy for myself and took it to the bike dealer. He fitted me with a Shimano 105. The same as on my bike.
