I have to store my bike outside, even in winter. Would that damage this tyre?

This is certainly not good in the long run. If you ever buy a new rear wheel, keep the old one for the training tyre. Then you can change tyres more easily.

This is a tyre that is used exclusively on the Tacx roller. If it is only used on the castor, I assume that the storage location does not matter.
