The handlebars are off (all cables completely attached), the front wheel is removed, the saddle is off and small parts (pedals, reflectors) have to be mounted yourself. All the necessary tools are included. The assembly can be done alone and the brakes and gears are all set. The only thing missing are the mudguards, so I ordered the SKS Velo 55 set (item number: 3824073). The lights are not on either, but I still had them from the previous bike.
