Hello - I have only had the best experiences and the delivery was prompt - as is actually always the case with Galaxus. The product was delivered within the agreed time.

I don't understand how the delivery date can change from:
"2 - 3 days" to "6 - 9 days" and then again to "2 MONTHS"?! Dear Galaxus team, then write "Delivery date unclear"! When I order something from you, one of the reasons is that it is available at the time of ordering.

My experience is that the parts are sold out everywhere and production is not keeping up. For some suppliers, the delivery date has changed from January to April. That's why the prices for used devices are going through the roof. It would be interesting to get an official answer from Galaxus.

I have never been disappointed so far. The delivery dates have always been met.
