Is this home trainer compatible with a 29" mountain bike in BOOST with SRAM X1 Eagle Carbon, 12 speed? If so, which item should I order? Is it difficult to switch from a SRAM system to a Shimano system? I have a triathlon bike and a mountain bike.

No, it is not compatible, see at the bottom of this page: https://support.tacx.com/hc...

On the other hand, for your triathlon bike, it should be compatible with SRAM, you just need to buy a cassette.
