What am I doing wrong if the BC 14.16 STS velocomputer does not show any speed. Settings for the bicycle such as wheel size are recorded. Transmitter flashes green to indicate bike 1. The signal is audible when the magnet passes the sensor. Distance < 1 cm. Velocomputer flashes and flashes and simply shows no speed. Sync reset pressed, restart, tried everything. Nothing happens. What else can I try? Thank you.

Have you already tried to switch off both devices completely and possibly reset them? (Remove the battery)
Otherwise, there could also be a hardware defect. Good luck!
