What is the spacing between the screw holes? I'm trying to find out if it will fit my rack but I can't find any technical drawing of it online

Length: Hole 1 to hole 2 is 3 cm. From hole 2 to hole 3 it is 13.5 cm. From hole 3 to hole 4 it is 3 cm.
Width: holes left to holes right are 9.5 cm
