Which coupling for the towing wheel does the FollowMe come with? My bike would need an M12x1.75. Would this have to be ordered additionally?

Yes, it has to be ordered separately, it comes with the standard clamping system, which has this 8mm stem and is pre-tensioned via the eccentric.

Yes, there are various axles as accessories. I use the quick-release axle. FollowMe quick release axle
