Scotch Tape 8956 is a standard filament tape made from a carrier material of biaxially oriented ScotchPro polypropylene film (BOPP) and a synthetic rubber adhesive that is solvent-free. It features fiberglass reinforcement in the longitudinal direction. The Scotch Universal Filament Tape 8956 is primarily used for holding packaging units on pallets, repairing torn or damaged boxes, bundling lightweight products, and sealing as well as reinforcing corrugated cardboard boxes.
