Product details

Scotch 70 is a light gray product made of silicone rubber. It is self-fusing and self-cleaning, with excellent tested values for breakdown voltage and corrosion resistance. It is resistant to UV radiation, ozone, and weather influences, very flexible, and offers superior wrapping properties. Scotch 70 is suitable for insulating silicone cables, wrapping cores at connections, and insulating outdoor equipment and transformers. It withstands temperatures of up to 180 °C and provides a good homogeneous weld connection at 20% elongation.
