The 3M G3000 series safety helmet provides head protection for challenging application conditions. The helmets meet the requirements of EN 397:212+A1:2012 with a 180° rotated headband (from back to front). The safety helmet is available with a pinlock or ratchet closure and a plastic or leather sweatband. It features a slightly rounded design that offers a good field of vision and prevents snagging on cables or branches.

It is also available in a version with ventilation holes, which are distributed over a large area and provide maximum airflow for improved wearing comfort. The short visor allows for better upward visibility, and a 3M Uvicator sensor alerts you when your safety helmet has been exposed to excessive UV radiation and needs to be replaced.

The headband can be rotated 180° to provide a better field of vision when working in confined spaces. The helmets meet the requirements of EN 397:212+A1:2012 with a 180° rotated headband (from back to front), and electrically insulated versions meet the requirements of EN 50365:2002 for use in low-voltage installations.
