The 3M Temflex Electrical Insulation Tape 1500 is a versatile, self-adhesive PVC electrical insulation tape that is suitable for a wide range of applications both indoors and outdoors, up to one kilovolt, due to its high quality. The PVC film withstands a breakdown voltage of up to 40 kilovolts and belongs to insulation class Y with a temperature resistance of up to 90 °C. It has good abrasion resistance and is resistant to moisture, alkalis, and acids. Even under changing weather conditions, it retains its adhesive strength over time. It is extremely flexible and conforms well to various surfaces. The 0.15 millimeter thick insulation tape provides excellent electrical and mechanical protection. Therefore, it is suitable for electrical insulation of all cable connections, electrical installations, and the repair of low-voltage cables, as well as for bundling wires, cables, and cords or for color coding them.
