For controlling fan coil units or fan convectors. Two electronic outputs can control two thermoelectric valve drives or a motor-driven valve actuator for heating or cooling. The device has three relay outputs for fan control. One relay output can switch an additional load of up to 16 A, such as an electric auxiliary heater. The room status can be captured and monitored via 4 inputs (usable for window contacts, dew point sensors, level sensors, or temperature sensors). It is also possible to connect an analog room control device (SAR/A or SAF/A) to the device's inputs. To regulate room temperature, the device features an integrated room temperature controller, which can be directly used to control the device's outputs. For advanced diagnostic functions and improved commissioning, the ABB i-bus tool can be utilized.
