Product details
ABB's series of manually operated load switches is an optimal solution for numerous applications. The load switches switch currents from 16 A to 3200 A at voltages up to 690 V AC. Despite high performance, the switches ensure safe operation through a variety of integrated fuse functions. The compact design of the series allows for optimal space utilization. ABB's load switches are available in two different versions. These differ in the type of changeover: open changeover (I-0-II) and closed changeover (I-I+II-II). In addition, the changeover switches have IEC and UL approvals. ABB offer a wide range of accessories for these switches, such as extension shafts, handles, auxiliary switches and terminal covers. In addition, an intelligent control unit can be combined with the switch to make it function as an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch). Thus, the load transfer switches can be used in the most demanding applications.
