Solbac contains spores and toxins of Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (B.t.i), which have an effect on the larvae of various types of mosquitoes. When the larvae ingest food, the active ingredients enter the intestines where they prevent the absorption of nutrients. B.t.i has a specific effect on mosquito larvae (fungus gnats, mosquitoes, black flies and related species). Other organisms in soil or water are not damaged. The crops to be treated must be drained with sufficient water. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not eat, drink or smoke at work.
