Bernstein Foot switch
Product details
Suitable for high demands in industrial applications. Existing mounting holes provide the option to screw the foot switches to the base. Each foot switch is equipped with four rubber feet to prevent slipping. The foot lever is made of thermoplastic. An accident protection cover made of aluminum die-cast completely shields the pedal from above and the sides, ensuring high stability with its wide base. This prevents accidental activation from falling objects from above or from carelessness from the side. Due to its stability, the cover can withstand a falling weight of 20 kg from a height of 1 meter. Foot switches are often used as command devices with automatic reset, or simply as push buttons, to put a machine into operation. Foot switches with a consent function are particularly suitable for this purpose, as they meet very high safety requirements with the integrated approved consent switch insert. The contact design and switching function of these switches are identical to those of consent foot switches. The pedal position can be dynamically identified with the signaling contact or statically with the additional terminal board. The foot switch with consent function is available both with and without latching, as well as with an accident protection cover.
