Clamping tools should only be tightened by hand without additional aids.

Never modify or alter clamping tools; use them only in their original condition. Only use original spare parts if needed.

Care instructions
Regular maintenance is necessary – only then is secure hold guaranteed (no slipping of the sliding arm).
Generally remove dirt.
Keep the rail free from grease, oil, or dried glue, waxes, and silicone-based release agents.
Clean the ribbing of the rail with a steel brush.
Regularly clean and oil the spindle.
If the lower part slips, turn the set screw an additional 1/4 turn (only TG, KRE, KREV).
Regularly clean and oil the pressure plate.
