The Flowclear 1500 gal. sand filter from Bestway is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly method for keeping your above-ground pool water clean. It is a cost-effective solution as the pump uses quartz sand instead of a traditional filter cartridge. While these cartridges need to be replaced every two weeks, the quartz sand can last up to three years.

The sand captures dirt and debris, but a pre-filter basket catches larger particles, ensuring the pump lasts longer. The filter also comes with the ChemConnect dispenser, which ensures clean, healthy water by providing a stable chlorine level that is evenly distributed throughout the pool.

This product is delivered pre-assembled and is compatible with most above-ground pools with a capacity of 1,100 to 42,300 liters, as it comes with an adapter for pool valves with an outer diameter of 3.8 cm (1.5 inches). This sand filter set also includes special adapters that are compatible with pools with skimmer pumps.

Sand is not included with this filter - the required sand size is #20 quartz sand, 0.45-0.85 mm, approximately 20 lbs. The filter also works excellently with Bestway's Polysphere filter balls.
